Consumer feedback is the genesis of our process. In order to be considered for the award, a business or professional must first be nominated by local consumers. A business’ track record of satisfied customers/clients/patients and standing behind its work is usually indicative of the reputation its owner and/or operator has in the community.


Each nominee goes through an extensive selection process, which includes an assessment interview with a Best in Business Award representative. Items ranging from years of experience to customer service procedures are discussed, and specific questions regarding the business’ hiring criteria of its employees, insurance coverage levels and any pending litigation against the company are also addressed.
